Four Decades back

Forty four years back, I sang this song to her. She blushed with an innocent smile. Today again I sing that song to her, she blushes again with a glow in her eyes clouded by a tearful mist. I told her you are the same girl in her teens to me. The glow in her eyes returns with the same red colour spreading over her cheeks. She is always the eighteen year bride to me irrespective of the ravages of the years.

  1. That photograph was so dear to me, so even years before I framed it and hanged on CHERUVATTATH wall as well as in my heart. Then much water flowed under the Ethanur canal bridge!!!!!!. Now while you sing the very same song which could moisten her eyes its really great Unniyetta to have such a wonderful wife like her and you a very fortunate proud husband!!!!!!!GOD BLESS YOU. BABY

  2. Thank you Baby for your kind feelings. Yes the photograph adorns the walls of the great Cheruvattath House. And my heart, too. The wheel of time has rolled on, but the Self remains the same mine and hers and ultimately, they are one...the Supreme......
